If anyone has any suggestions, they could be greatly appreciated. Otherwise, it's going to be a bit before I get everything finished. I can get burned out rather quickly, so I'm trying to prevent that.

I will patiently wait then! What's your username? I may see the ones you've already uploaded. I love this idea!!!

You'll love it then, it's like a Dazed and Confused, only 80's college baseball.

I just watched it. Unfortunately, it wasn't Linklater's best work. I liked Dazed and Confused and the Before trilogy, but this missed the mark for me. There was very little happening in this movie other than a baseball team who spent two hours trying to get drunk, laid, or otherwise measure each other's dicks. Not my college experience at all, but here they are (Positions were never fully defined for a lot of the players outside the pitchers):

The Baltimore Orioles

From Everybody Wants Some (2019)

2B Dale Douglas
SS Alex Brumley
3B Walt "Finn" Finnegan

From Other Media:

1B Eddie Mills Baseball and the Ballerina aka A Little Inside 1999
C Eddie Trent (Gary Carter's Iron Mask book series)
OF Alex McCutchen Pitch (2009)
CF Jeremy Sunstrom (Mafia II)
BN Mighty Casey (Casey at the Bat)
BN John Colbeck Pastime (1990)
BN Bradley Trevor Doctor Sleep (2019)
BN Clyde "Smoky" Gable Clubhouse (2004)
SP Ryan Ward Mr. Baseball (1992)
SP Kazuo Izuki (Topps Baseball Card April Fool's Joke)
SP Benjamin Poindexter (Marvel comics)
RP Fred Myers (Marvel Comics)
RP Alfonso Guzman-Chavez Pitch (2016)

Interesting, was exactly my college experience (less the dick measuring, which I don't recall from the movie either....unless you mean it figuratively). Anyway, thanks for including it.

I actually think it was based a lot on Linklater's college experience just as Dazed was him going into HS I'm the 70s.

I'd you think about it, Mitch was a pitcher entering freshman year HS 1976. Jake is a pitcher entering college in early 80s in not 1980. Both are Texas.

Linklater called it a spiritual sequel.

Since he was 20 in 1980 and played baseball in HS, I've always just figured those two characters are loosely based on him.

Yes, I meant figuratively. It was just a bunch of alpha male bull**** crammed into two hours that you can get in any other dozen or so movies....and better. I'm not saying I hated it, but it won't be on the rewatch list any time soon.

Philadelphia Phillies (Massively incomplete)

From Brockmire (2017):

3B Pedro Uribe

2B Joey Russo Blossom 1990
