Cy, first off, I love the work that you and Jeff put into your project. The time and effort are second to none. So, thank you.

Question pertaining to long-term franchise play with the roster. I love how you scaled down the potentials - it makes a lot more sense. How does this mesh with the rookies that come into the league over the course of multiple seasons? Are the re-rated players and potentials now at a disadvantage to the game's fictional players, OR does it actually make it more of an even playing field down the road?

It balances itself down the road

The potential system we use for prospects is actually little closer to the scale SDS uses now, so it should match up a lot better long-term.
