as of today all penalties need to be on 99 with the exception of Roughing the Passer maybe, otherwise you will not see any.

From what I'm seeing a Profile Deletion is still required before the start of each game

Other than one dude throwing for 6 TD's and 3rd down conversions being high, it's okay for this game.
7 Sacks

Madden 21 shows technical improvements on the PC, no more sound and stuttering issues.

Presentation is improved and game play is faster, games at 15 minute Quarters are taking less time.

Roughing the Passer and penalty issues are back again.

They just gotta implement the promised new Franchise features.

Lets see how the Lions and Bears do.

Penalties are BROKEN CPU vs CPU
If you want any, Roughing the Passer needs to be on 99 which will result in seeing more of everything but with a lot of Roughing the Passer calls.

All penalties need to be on 99

Roughing the Passer is the trigger

Their is a penalty issue I only see roughing passer and roughing the kicker
