It depends on what effects you load. I have been adding some "ambient light" effects as well as a "technicolor" preset that makes it look closer to the Xbox One X on my KS8000 and I have seen no ill effects on the framerate. I did try one of the "Depth of Field" effects and it did cause the framerate to drop. So the answer is it can definitely have an effect if you use the wrong filters. If you're going with simple color enhancements you are probably not going to notice.

It’ll take a small hit depending on what settings he sets inside reshade.

Some sets are big hits. For example - the other thread, I get about 5-10FPS hit.

The reshade looks worse, imho. No colors, everything is pale - like a PS3 game. But it's just personal preference.

Yeah so ive been tinkering with some things in regards to performance after the reshade preset is applied.

Have one preset that is killer but also kills the gpu lol

This was JUST to get the overall "light" in the game right

The game originally has this greenish tint that ruins alot of stadiums and players skin and is even prevalent in the game menus.

one preset killed my fps down to like 40 but then again i have gtx 970
