Monitor / TV minimum specs

I am running Madden off my laptop and connecting via HDMI to an older monitor and TV (60 HZ). The picture is super choppy and blurs. It is the same TV for my xbox which runs Madden just fine.

I thought the graphic settings would automatically optimize and most is set for auto. Does anyone know what adjustment i need to make or am i screwed with the older hardware?

Re: Monitor / TV minimum specs

Disregard. I pushed all the settings up and it looks fine now. I was pushing them lower thinking my monitor was the issue but it is looking good now. I think locking the framerate may have been the main culprit but who knows.
