Whats your plan for Crosby, Malkin, and Letang? Are you gonna try to resign them before the Seasons over?

Sid still has some term so the challenge is going to be the likes of Kapanen, Letang, Malkin, Carter, and Rust. Ideally, I want to ensure that this team is competitive beyond this year. The idea is to be challenging for the Cup until Crosby is retired and the best way to do that is to keep the three-headed monster together.

It's going to be on hell of a challenge, but I'm hoping I get one or two contracts for the above mentioned five finished during the regular season, however, my hopes are to keep this fairly realistic and most of these types of contracts don't get done until the end of the season.

I wonder if they will be asking for decreased contract amounts given their age. Wasn't Malkin making something like 9.5M a year? It will definitely make your offseason interesting.
