Re: Restoring America's Team: A Dallas Cowboys Story

No big upsets in the NFC side but an upset alert on the AFC side. Denver takes down the Chiefs. The Chiefs had owned Denver all season long, but goes to show you it is even harder to beat a team 3 times in one year. For the first time since 2017 the Jags won a playoff game and will take on the Dolphins in the divisional round. Can the Broncos pull off the biggest upset by knocking off the the number 1 seed Bengals? The top 4 teams of the NFC are all in the Divisional round who will meet for the NFC championship?

Dallas will meet a familiar team in the divisional round as they set to take on the Green Bay Packers. This will be Dak's third time meeting the Packers in the divisional round and history hasn't been good to the Cowboys. As both time Rogers would lead the Packers back to force the Cowboys and fans to suffer defeat.

Dallas will be without left tackle Tyron Smith due to broken ribs he suffered in the Arizona game back in the regular season. Dallas will also be without both of their elusive running backs Pollard and Zeke. Zeke suffered a dislocated shoulder in practice and will be forced to sit out this game. The entire running game will rest on the shoulders of Corey Clement. Clement has played some very impressive football and a big help out of the back field the last few games of the season.

Will the offense be able to flex on a decent Packers defense? Will the Dallas Defense be able to make a stop when they need to? One thing is for certain and that is this match up has all the making to be an instant classic.

Re: Restoring America's Team: A Dallas Cowboys Story

A showdown in Dallas it was as we witness an instant classic between Aaron Rodgers and Dak Prescott. For the first half it was a anything you do I can do better contest between the Packers and the Cowboys.

The offense would shine in this victory as the Cowboys were able to over come a stellar Packers defense behind the arm of Dak Prescott and the legs of Corey Clement. Corey Clement was everything Dallas could of hoped for an more in this game as he rushed for over 120 yards and catching passes out of the back field. Dak showed just why his name has been at the top of the MVP race all season throwing for over 300 yards and 3 touchdown passes.

Dallas will now host Seattle as they were able to take care of Tampa and earn their spot in the NFC Championship game.

And then there were 4 teams. The NFC championship game will be held in Dallas as the Cowboys will host the Seahawks. The AFC championship game will be held in Cincinnati as the Bengals will host the surprising Dolphins.

Re: Restoring America's Team: A Dallas Cowboys Story

The Dallas Cowboys are back in the NFC Championship game for the first time since 1996 where they beat the Packers to move on to play the Steelers in Super Bowl XXX. This would mark the last time the Cowboys won a big time playoff game. This will mark the Seahawks 4th time making it to the NFC Championship game. Their most recent would be back in 2014. Dallas has been a dominate offensive force throughout the entire year. Will they be able to continue their dominance and earn a ticket to the Super Bowl for the first time in 25 years?

McCarthy on what a win would mean "To come this far already means a lot in itself. We have worked hard all year for this exact moment. These guys have came together in camp and formed a bond with everyone having the same goal and that's the Super Bowl. Anything less than a victory would truly be a let down for this team. I have coached for many years and this is by far the best team I have been apart of."

While Dallas will get the likes of Tyron Smith and Zeke back, they will be without starting Left Guard Connor Williams. He suffered a dislocated ankle in the previous game as Clement got tackled and landed on it.

Dallas is heading back to the Super Bowl for the first time in over 25 years. Seattle would not go quietly as Russell Wilson did everything within his power to will the Seahawks to a victory. His attempt would come up short as the Dallas offense proved to be to much for the Seahawks to contain. Zeke and Clement would both rush for over 100 yards a piece and Dak would throw for over 300 yards with 3 touchdown passes.

Prescott on what this win means to the team "We have worked so hard this year for this exact moment. I feels amazing to be one win from the ultimate goal. The swagger this team has and the will to never give up no matter the situation is unbelievable. The motto is one team, one goal."

McCarthy on going back to the Super Bowl "It is an amazing atmosphere when you get to the super bowl. My time winning in Green Bay is special to me, but with this young team it will be that much more special being able to come in here and bring another Super Bowl to such a historic team. This is America's team and come Sunday we will show them why we are America's team."

Dallas is expected to get speedy and Elusive running back Tony Pollard back just in time for the Super Bowl.

The stage has been set and it will be the number 1 offensive juggernaut the Dallas Cowboys vs a surprising Miami Dolphins team in SoFi.

Re: Restoring America's Team: A Dallas Cowboys Story

The Dallas Cowboys and the Miami Dolphins will do battle in Super Bowl 56 at SoFi stadium. This marks the Cowboys 9th appearance to the big show. They have won the big one 5 times marking them in the top 5 of most Super bowl wins. The Dolphins will be making their 6th Super Bowl Appearance. The Dolphins have been winners of the big one just twice including a undefeated season back in 1972.

A lot of history for this two franchises. Can Dallas complete their only goal of this season or will the Dolphins be spoilers and take home their 3rd Super Bowl?

With a middle of the pack defense will the Dolphins be able to handle the power house offense of the Cowboys? Dallas comes into the game utilizing their running game to wear their opponents out and then burn them deep with their trio of receivers. With Dallas struggling to contain the pass, how will they fair with Tua and company? We are in for a great match up between the two.
