The Cowboys' play caller on offense had a lot to explain after the game. Oklahoma State kept running the ball throughout the game, although they had more success, when they went vertical.

The crowd in Stillwater witnessed another impressing performance by Jayhawks' dual threat QB Jalon Daniels.

K-State @ #6 Kansas 21-45

Although K-State is struggling this season (2-8, 1-4 so far) this is game was way too easy. I simmed the second half after my rival had surrendered 31 points in the first half.


Iowa State were defeated by Oklahoma State, so I'm one step closer to win the Big 8 Conference.

Kansas wins Big 8 title and we may get a shot at the National Championship.

I simmed the 4th quarter, because the competition was slim again. There will be some major house rule changes with the start of the 1993 season.

I forgot to screenshot the Big 8 final standings. Four teams (Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Colorado, Iowa State) had a 4-3 conference record finishing #2 - #5.

No Natty for Kansas - the Kayhawks dropped to #3 after week 15 and will play in the Orange Bowl vs #4 Boston College.

Four teams finished their regular seasons undefeated: #1 NC State, #2 TCU, #3 Kansas, #4 Boston College

Undefeated No More - Eagles Get 4th Quarter Comback Win Over Jayhawks

The Jayhawks led by 3 points late in the 4th quarter, when QB Daniels threw a 50/50 ball into the endzone instead of looking for an uncovered receiver underneath - interception!

The Eagles took the lead with a FG with 1:17 min to go wouldn't allow their opponents to score again.

I got a bit sloppy in this one and made a very bad decision at the end of the game, which eventually led to this avoidable loss.
