As expected, Velveteen Dream is gone.

He really ruined his career on his own. He definitely had major star potential, one of the more interesting characters on the entire roster.

Sounds like more firings on the way. From what I read, seems like it's more of the backstage people this time around being let go.

The WWE Digital department got hit hard with releases including Executive VP of WWE's Advanced Media Group Jaylon Donlan. Donlan had been with WWE for 8 years and was recognized as a finalist for Digital Executive Of The Year at the 2021 Cynopsis Sports Media Awards. Those who survived the cuts seemed surprised at the importance of those who were released.

Apparently WWE is intending to fold some departments into one and those departments will be overseen by long time Executive VP of TV Production, Kevin Dunne.

So WWE is going to put the man of 1000 cuts per shot in charge?
