It wasnt just Hole In One Barry Darsow or something like that? That could be one of those characters with that switched names like MVP and Abe Knuckleball Schwartz and Thurman Sparky Plugg and Bob Spark Plug Holly.

Lmao I never realized how ridiculous the Thurman Plugg name was. U know it's bad because Holly didn't mind the gimmick but needed the name to be tweaked and Vince totally agreed with him so even Vince must have thought ya that's pretty cheesy even for 1994 wwf standards.

I just read Darsow's wiki page, and it said he was wrestling under his real name and then repackaged as Stewart Pain, so whoever was in charge in WCW thought Stweart Pain would actually be an improvement. Pretty easy to see why the company went under. Sadly, I can't find any Stewart Pain matches on youtube
