I don't like Russo at all but one thing I'll give him credit for is that he is very good at developing characters and that is something WWE is severely lacking in right now.

I love his idea for the Wyatts. It's something I could totally see Bray Wyatt doing and it would breathe some life into that group when they sorely need it.

Hands down, if I were running a company, I'd want him to be a major part of my booking team.

I'd also have to have someone there to nix the **** and 'crash booking' type stuff that he's made his name on, to focus a bit more in-ring since he willingly admits that's not going to be his style at all.

What's with WWE having such sensitive mics on the ring? No reason to be able to tell that Paige is talking to AJ with an entire head of hair to cover it. They really need to fix it.
