I'm loving universe so far, but the only little thing that's annoying (and quite funny at the sane time) is that The Miz seems to want to get involved in cutscenes during every single show!

So far he's interfered on his own, separate times with Michael Cole, Ted DiBiase, R-Truth, and once when I interrupted a Raw main event and got it thrown out as a no contest.

Other things I have found interesting: 1. Sin Cara injured himself in a 4-way match but didn't really get damaged during the match.

2. Michael McGillicutty turned on Otunga to help Santino who was being attacked.

3. Drew McIntyre won a pre-Royal Rumble battle royal on Raw.

4. Edge and Christian are the new tag champs!

I know that's harder to do when our universe is less scripted than the real world, but if there was a way, I'd love it.

I find it odd that I don't know what matches are coming up in a PPV event until the actual night. You know, I do create some extra drama in my own head and it would help me better immerse myself in the going-ons of my universe if I knew of future matches.

Re: Official: How's your WWE 12 Universe going?

Decided to do a "vacant" WWE title tournament. Here are the matches left:

R-Truth vs Kevin Nash

Shawn Michaels vs CM Punk (winner advances to finals at Royal Rumble)

John Cena vs The Miz

First week of Smackdown:

Nothing exciting happening until the match between Wade Barrett and Edge...as Wade is walking down, Just Gabriel attacks him to start the match. Edge wins the match eventually, and Mark Henry comes out and attacks Edge, smashing him in the head with the World Title belt!

Definitely will be taking this fued to royal rumble for a Henry vs Edge showdown. Just gotta think how I can continue to build the fued. Main event of Smackdown the game has set Undertaker vs Henry, weird I think but we'll see what happens I guess...starting that match now to watch.

EDIT: Taker won the match but something crazy happened afterwards. Henry faked like he was seriously hurt, Take went over to him I thought they were going to form an alliance but nooo...Henry cheap shots Taker in the family jewels haha!! Looks like a triple threat mach is in store for the World Heavyweight Title at Royal Rumble

Question to you guys who have played Universe before as I haven't....

How do you play it? I know it's broad but I'm confused I guess. Do you watch every match? Do you set up every match or do you always go with what the game sets up on each show?? Do you use the interfere option?

I haven't touched it yet this year because I'm still creating a ton of guys before I get going. Last year however, my friend and I each controlled our one created wrestler. We let the cpu book all of the matches and angles. The only thing we controlled was what our own guys did in the ring. Matches that did not involve us were always simmed except for PPVs. When you watch the PPV matches it actually gives you something to get excited about, and feel a little more immersion.

It's up to you how you play it really. I probably play 75% of the matches if not all of them.

It depends on your preference, although watching or playing the matches is the only way to understand what's happening as you can see the cutscenes.

This is the only tiny complaint I have so far: I think we need to have 5 matches on Raw and Smackdown, because there are always quite a lot of wrestlers who I'm not using every week.

That's the reason I'm not using the Divas in Universe, because if it books 4 one on one matches it's only using 8 guys out of 26 or so on each roster, and there are too many good guys not to use them.

Are you just editing the diva matches? I wish we could remove the diva belt/division all together.

You can... I put the Divas on their own brand (along with Michael Cole!). They haven't shown up since, there are no rankings for their belts any more, and they do not show up on TV. Might pop up on PPV's, but since their titles have no ranking, I think it may work. Then I gave Cole all the other belts and remove all his rivals so my universe should be set up the way I want.

And there is no reason why you have to wait just to get all your CAW's. Just add them in as you go, especially if you are going to keep using guys already in the game. Seems a lot easier to let people get involved then if you dump 50 new guys in all at once. Might not see half of them ever.

That's a great idea, adding caws as you go will keep your universe fresh like introducing a new superstar.
