Cross getting the title felt so rushed when I think he should have beaten some other top guys and then had a run with the NA title before eventually winning the NXT championship. I also wanted Keith to have a longer run before the sudden call up. I also am happy that Finn gets another run and hopefully means he will have feuds with Johnny and Tomaso.

Next NXT Takeover airs the Sunday after Clash of Champions. Factoring in Clash and SS, that's 3 PPVs airing in a 5 week span.

I'm surprised they're airing a Takeover on Sunday night while the NFL is going on.

Kyle O'Reilly won the Gauntlet to take on Finn Balor for the NXT Championship on October 4th. Should be a great match between the two.

Also they aired a package for a superstar or superstars returning to claim what was theirs. It showed two titles, perhaps a Tag Team? Or is it a male and female pairing featuring former NXT Champions?

The only women's champ who isn't tied up in something and would be returning to NXT would be Ember Moon, and she's injured, no?

I'd rule out tag team too. WWE isn't subtle - if it was a tag tease I feel like they'd use tag belts.

I'm guessing they're two titles to signify a two-time champ. So either...Joe or Nakamura?

It's Bo Dallas that's returning 10/4/20 with hopefully his Bo-lieve character.

Bo is a solid worker, decent talker and a good character. And he's still pretty damn young. Let him shine back in NXT!

Damn shame that Tegan Nox tore her ACL again. I think the returning persons could be Ember Moon or maybe Matt Riddle.

Yeah, she's torn her ACL in one knee twice. And the other knee suffered the same injury too.

Not sure how she'll be able to still perform after so many serious injuries? Sucks, that her body keeps failing her, especially when she's still young & has/had tremendous upside.

No way the returning person would be Riddle.

I could see it being Ember. Unlike the SD promo for whoever that person is, the NXT promo covers up everything about the person, perhaps because if we saw their hands or arms, it would be a giveaway.
