How could the WWE reintroduce the WGTT when that gimmick ended up dying and they have little to no Tag Division?

if/when Haas comes back he needs to go right into a fued with Shelton..maybe they can have Haas come in and be the heel where he says that Shelton hasn't done anything without him.
