Re: Actual Tennis

I'm biased because he's my all time favorite, and yes the other top seeds got bumped off or retired, but 35 years old and wins Wimbledon without dropping a set. Federer=undisputed G.O.A.T. in Mens Tennis, IMO.

Do this today: Instead of $%*#!@& on a game you're not going to play or movie you're not going to watch, say something good about a piece of media you're excited about.

Do the same thing tomorrow. And the next. Now do it forever.

Did they ever say what happened to Cilic? I was watching a different broadcast and at 3-0 in the 2nd they showed him weeping in his chair but no one knew why

Agree with you 100%. I'm an older guy at 46 & seen players like McEnroe, Connors, Bjorg, Becker, etc. play back in the days. Then the likes of Sampras & Agassi came along.

Then this era of Federer, Murray, Nadal, Djokovich, etc. No doubt in my mind that Federer is the best tennis player ever, He's my 2nd favorite player of all time though. Sampras was my favorite.

I would also put Agassi up there close to Federer in the category of liking as well. Federer can play on any surface unlike most of the other all-time greats. He's also one of the fittest tennis players ever along with Nadal. Unbelievable what he's doing at his age.

He might get 25 Grand Slams before he retires the way he is still playing. He's got at least 2-3 more good years in him if he wants to play that much longer. A true gentleman to the sport as well. Well done Roger!

He had blisters on the bottom of his left foot. They said it was bad blisters too. I wonder how many pairs of socks Cilic uses to play his matches? I always have used at least 2 pair & at times 3 pairs on the harder surfaces.

I'd like to see Nadal keep resting and focus on clay

Wow. This Canadian kid has a bright future in tennis I believe. He's a tall & lanky lefty with a pretty big serve already. Youngest player in the tournament too. He just might make the final. That would be something for him this early in his career.
