Is there a way on phone to post pictures and stuff?

How does it work on PC as well?
This site has been around a long time. You'd think it would be easy to do these things.
I just want to be able to give a post more flair is all

Not sure about phone assuming you're using Tapatalk, but on the desktop browser in the top rows of the compose reply window you can either use the icon that looks like a postcard to coppy & pase image URLs from the internet or the icon that looks like a papeclip to attach image files from your hardrive or wherever else you might have them stored.
