Quickest way is to scroll down to the very bottom of the forum page and there's a bar to select you forum skin, however this option seems to be covered by the banner ad at the bottom

Alternatively, click on your user name at the top right and select 'User CP' from the drop down menu then 'edit options' from the 1st box on the left side then scroll down to the bottom of the page and you should see the option.

That did the trick-I had to post my question using my cell phone which is not at all my preferred method of browsing OS.
