Question for MODS or LONG time members

Not that it really matters, but I was wondering why in/near my avatar, I have the ROOKIE status with a 0 OVR ?

I mean I’ve been a member for 4 years, been lurking for 15 (doesn’t count I guess) 🤔 but hey !

I’ve been on these boards (NHL) more than with my family, you guys are my family now 🥹😆…. What does it take to get more respect around here ? NO respect at all I tell ya ! 😉 Is there a secret handshake that I don’t know ?

Anyway, not that it matters like I said (well maybe it does since Im asking) 🤔

I have a feeling that belongs to a system from like 10 years ago on the site that is no longer used. But you should ask this in the forum for website questions not in the NHL forum.

the overall thing is a warning system, you don't want this to be any higher than 0, you get ranks if you post good sliders and post a lot and threads. to get a hall of fame rank you need 10,000 posts made, I don't post much, but I did get an MVP rank.

It shows all of the ways to bring up your overall. Unfortunately with so many crashes on our old forum software, we had to disable it. I feel like a broken record when I say this, but we are going to another forum package, but there are other things that need to be fixed before our forums do. So we just wait...

Just for the record, none of this is accurate other than how a member gets tagged as a HOF member.

The truth is that I was blazing a trail with my overall climbing at record pace. Steve noticed that I was hot on his heels and would quickly be surpassing him in overall and there was no way he was going to let a country hick from small town USA reign supreme to him on Operation Sports, so he shut it down.
