Nobody is asking for lootboxes and feel they "need" them in a game.

It's the game companies themselves, who know those lootboxes can produce the same effects on people as other forms of gambling and monetize it in their games to take advantage of people becoming addicted.

It's a free to play game, this should have been expected. If done right, it's not even an issue, especially for a free to play game.
