Tomlin is going to get an extension before next season. It just hasn't happened yet. That's been made clear. He won't be sent packing even if the season goes south. The only thing that could change that outcome is Tomlin himself but he told the players after last season that he will be around.
As for Wilson, if the Steelers want him back in 2025, they will get it done. They are slated to have about $110M in cap space at this time.
There is no way the Steelers pick up that option on Fields. But that doesn't mean 100% that he'll only be there for a year. There are other ways to retain him if they want to.
