Its seems like the most realistic options they could implement would be maybe to just prevent rp's from pitching 3 days in a row or have the cpu just used the most rested pitchers stamina wise. Another option that is similar to yours would be to just make the cpu completely randomize who they bring in lol that might be better than what they have
