To play devils advocate. Michigan may have more players drafted than the record setting 2021 UGA team did. That's a lot of talent to replace. UGA was able to mostly make up for it thanks to being in the top 2-3 recruiting classes every year. Michigan's best class in the last 4 years is #9. Harbaugh may look at that and the potential violations as enough reason to jump ship while he's still on top.
