I definitely recommend lowering the block-in-the back slider 5 or 10. I'm seeing too many of them called, especially on basic runs between the tackles where no such penalty even exists.

This was ruled a Touchdown. Even the boxscore (play-by-play) documented it as a pass breakup/knocked away. Not to mention his second foot/step was out of bounds. And it wouldn't let me review it....
