Since the alt events are basically there for those who don't qualify for the main event of that week, my assumption is that you'd basically have to intentionally tank and not qualify for any of those...

I think those are different scoring types you can use for matches...like "real tennis" or "TopSpin". Just different ways matches can be scored.

Only negative for me so far is the servers...they are down again today, and apparently are pulling other 2K games down with it. I can't get into TopSpin or PGA 2K23.

Just an FYI - there's no completely "offline" career mode. While you only play AI opponents in career, you MUST be online to access career mode.

The Standard Edition comes with just the game....
