Has the scoring for second yellows always been set this way? You lose 11 points if a player gets a second yellow. You lose -4 for second yellow (first yellow of -3 turns into second yellow instead of them both being counted together) and then -7 for red. Shouldn't it be -3 for first yellow and -4 for second yellow. So you only lose -7, the cost of the red. Instead of the first yellow turning into second yellow and then also getting hit with a red. Two yellows equal a red. Not two yellows plus a red. Right?
