What do you guys think of Arsenal not signing any new players beside Nasri & Silvestre?

I don't like it, we don't have a lot of depth.

A healthy campaign would be amazing.

Still holding out the slimmest of hopes that one will come in late. Diarra's move wasn't announced until the day after the deadline last year. Hey, a gooner can dream can't he?

Denied, its not going to happen.

Wenger is either growing delusional or complacent.

How good would SWP look over Eboue right now?

I guess it doesnt matter the broke azz czech will be coming back in like a month....

Diaby has turned into as big of a joke as Rosicky and VP, but Diaby has no where near the requisite skill. At best he would be a back up to Fab as Diaby seems to lose the ball and not give a crap about tracking back to defend.

Re: ***The Official Arsenal "Gunners" Thread***

I was hoping Arsenal would of got Inler from Udinese but he just signed a new contract with his team. And SWP would have been a cool signing for Arsenal its just that I dont really think Arsenal needs a winger, and I dont understand why Man City would sign Robhino after just signing SWP, I guess Petrov will be on his way soon.

I really think Arsenal needs another CM and CB, they are thin with experience in the midfield and at CB after losing Senderos (not a huge loss to me) we lack depth at the CB position. So far they have Gallas, Toure, Djourou, and Silvestre who can also play LB but i never was really a fan of his defending while at Man Utd. I would have felt secure for them if they picked up another CB but I guess Wenger knows what he is doing only time will tell I guess, guys.

I know we needed a CM and CB, but we still need a player that will play over Eboue. This transfer window has been disasterous.
