I can see that happening. He really can't be too happy at sitting on the bench most of the time. IMO he should be starting. van Nistelrooy has not been the same since he came back from injury. He's played what half a dozen games or so since coming back. He hasn't scored and every single time he misses a sitter the commentator says he would have made it if he was match fit. He shouldn't be playing if he can't get match fit after playiong 6 straight games! I think he is losing it.

Ruud will settle in, your right in saying that he isn't the same as he was before his injury but he will get back into "match" shape come next season. I honestly don't think that Alan is that upset about comming off the bench, he is content being a sub.

I don't think Spurs need anymore midfielders. Their real concern should be defenders. the only real stud they have is Ledley King, and he can't do it all himself...
