This is great for hockey. I know they will put on a good show and hopefully more people will realize that Women's Hockey is a fun and exciting sport.

Re: NHL All-Star Weekend to Feature Professional Women From the PWHPA

People are interested in women's hockey. The issue is that it gets the Olympic treatment. People only really care every 4 years. But every 4 years it is one of the most watched events(in NA) at the Olympics. Especially last Olympics since there was no NHL so womens hockey was the only best on best hockey at the Olympics.

What womens hockey needs is the NHLs help. Catch 22. NHL will help a women's league if theres a proper league in place already. But a proper league can really only happen with the NHLs help.

I think a womens league would work if they really partnered with the NHL and even got to work with the AHL. Even doubleheaders with AHL teams.

I'd like to create this 20 players on my EA Sports NHL game but I don't know what player type I should create them all as. Does anyone know? The options are playmaker, sniper, two way forward, power forward for the forwards and offensive defense, two defense and defensive defense. Hybrid, butterfly and standup for goalies. *
