Well they just completed the second step of firing their coach.

I imagine Babcock will get another job if he wants one.

For sure Babcock will end up elsewhere. Maybe Seattle comes calling......

No more excuses for the Leafs. Fail again this year and big time players will be gone.

Funnier thing, Blues fired Yeo on November 19th.

Leafs only 1 day late, but are also better now than Blues were when they fired Yeo.

So...post Babcock era has been good so far.

Leafs outshot Coyotes AND won!

Hopefully a sign of things to come for the rest of the season and especially the playoffs.

Too bad they couldnt play a full 60. Andersen should've gotten the shutout.

I didn't like anyone for that last western WC spot if I keep my rule of having two teams in each conference who made it last year, miss it this year. Year to year that's been about the case since the cap has been introduced.
~20 games in, and this is quite the mixed bag. Picking Florida and Arizona to be in looks good, New Jersey not so much. Philly was probably the correct play there. On the other side of things, picking Columbus to miss after making it last season was pretty easy, but boy was I wrong about the Isles. Sharks, Chicago and Jets are all kinda borderline.

Nashville and Calgary are in deep losing streaks. I think this might be the end of the Lavy era in Nashville, whereas I think Calgary will get back on track. Anaheim, Edmonton and Vancouver don't really inspire much confidence as of yet, although given the choice, I'd probably roll with Vancouver. I also expect Tampa and Toronto to get their act together as well; nothing Montreal or Buffalo has done this season convinces me otherwise.

Lastly, while Detroit is in the pole position for the 1st overall pick, I fully expect them to lose it by playing better or whiffing in the lottery.

30 seconds in...Leafs allow first goal. Here we go again?

It's now 4-1 Leafs at the intermission.

And Leafs now 2-0!

Really loved seeing the ovation the fans gave Barrie. Very well deserved. I was actually happy for him when he scored.

I don't know, I feel like the game has passed him and seem like every player hates him as well.
