Couple of former scouts were saying the Seattle DTs were not that stout since they lost 2 guys to IR.

If Thomas and Sherman can't tackle, Pats may try base the gameplay on the running game, though Blount won't run over the Seattle players as easily as he did against the Colts.

OTOH, if they can't run, they may attack with Gronk and also Edelman/Amendola against the nickel corner.

I don't think they could win with the kind of gameplan they used against the Ravens though, which is to pass a lot and play some substitution tricks.

Think the Pats pull this one just because I think I have more faith in NE to score against Seattle's defense then the weapons Wilson has.

Compared to all the other QB's to start in SIX Super Bowls, Brady is definitely the most overrated.

Well they already won one SB with those weapons and they returned to another one.

They may not have 100 receptions or 1000-yard WRs but they always seem to make big plays when Wilson finds 1-on-1 coverage.

Patriots are going to have to obviously shut Lynch and the read option down. But their LBs are supposedly vulnerable in coverage? Could be big for the Seattle TEs.
