Draft Luck, and let him sit. It can only help the team, and, because it's Peyton Manning, there's little to no chance of a QB controversy.

If someone steps up with a seriously amazing offer for the pick, then you trade it, otherwise, build for the future.

Depends on how much you could get for Luck. If you can get a pro bowler, Top 10 pick in 2012, a 2nd rounder, and then a 1 and 2 in 2013 with some other picks (a 3 and maybe a 5 and 6) you do it because Manning is loved in the city and he still gives them the best chance to win for the next 3 years or so. Surround him with the best talent possible.
