They still called it Intentional Grounding, but that throw away attempt by Mahomes is exactly why I wish it were illegal to throw the ball away any spot, not just inside the tackle box. The defense has every WR covered, has the QB dead to rights, and the rules allow the QB to just throw the ball away and nullify all of that.

Make the tackle box the entire field behind the LOS and the game will be better.
