Great matchups. Definitely leaning towards SF & BAL like every one else, but wouldn’t be surprised if KC and/or DET pulls it off on the road.

Love the setting of an afternoon playoff game in SF, at least at the old stadium.

May the best team win.

Re: NFL Playoffs - Conference Championship Discussion Thread

Curious which Goff shows up as he's a far different player outdoors on the road then indoors at home typically. I feel like this game comes down to the SF run D figuring out how to stop Gibbs on the edges and Montgomery between the tackles vs Detroit stopping the pass and not letting CMC murder them through the air. It's an intriguing game that could go either way but I lean SF if Deebo suits up, if not then it's a true toss up.

Rooting for drones in the KC/Baltimore game and for the Niners of course.

Wish SF/Detroit could be the Super Bowl.

Weather is supposed to be good for the Niner game. Which is good
news for SF. Purdy really struggled with a wet ball.

I wonder how effective Deebo is going to be. I doubt you will see
him on any jet sweeps. I think if this was the regular season he
misses this game.

Both games are going to be good.

Re: NFL Playoffs - Conference Championship Discussion Thread

The Lions are really good, but I feel better about this game than the Packers game. The 49ers are finally back to the boss fight they lost last year, I think they'll play a lot better.

Get a lead and get after Goff. More worried about Gibbs getting around the edge (especially on Young's side) than I am Montgomery. I'm sure they'll try to isolate St. Brown on Thomas often, so Thomas needs to step up. Hopefully Brown shows enough in practice this week that he gets the nod at safety over Ryan. Really wish we had Hufanga now.

I'm guessing Deebo plays, but I'm not sure how effective he'll be. Kittle needs to step up and help out Aiyuk in the passing game. Would still like to see a few sets with CMC in the Deebo role and Mitchell in the backfield. Hoping Hutchinson doesn't feast on the right side of the line and wreak the game. He absolutely could do that. Lions secondary isn't great, but Kyle can't get too pass happy.

On the AFC side, my brain says the Ravens, but at this point how do you count out Mahomes? He just seems to find a way to win (with some help from Chris Jones).

I ask for just 2 things

Chiefs lose so no more mixing Taylor Swift with my football.

Shanahan loses, for obvious reasons.

Give me that and I don't care who wins the SB

Not feeling good about getting either of my wishes.
