Ruling was an interception, and after review it was overturned to an incompletion.

Personally, I would've kept whatever the initial call was stand.

that's a close one, ball touched the ground and control wasn't clear, you can't use the ground to aid your reception, he got his hands under the ball after it hit the ground so I'm good with the overturn
