Kids got poise for sure. 70 plus rushing yds too.

Between him Levis and Browning. The backups have been kicking ***.

It’s why I tried telling other Eagles fans last year that Gannon was seen as a great coordinator nationally and potential head coach because his defenses get sacks and force turnovers.
It's also the overlegislation of the sport. Nobody tackles or anything because everyone plays hesitant because of the rules that go completely against all human nature. They make everyone think twice, play unnaturally, get hurt more, and perform terribly otherwise.

On top of the "analytical" approach too I bet.

Shameful and consequential for Miami to lose that ****. So many bad losses for them this year. Frustrating.

At least your team won that Super Bowl and a couple others. My team has been to two and failed in two.

And the Broncos are starting to get their grove this season. At least they look like a football team. The Panthers look like a JV squad competing with, well, NFL teams. The horrors persist but so does my fandom of the Panthers.

I’m with both of you guys, multiple factors contributing to what one might consider a sloppier game. One thing that hasn’t been mentioned is just the sheer physical skill of these guys these days. Defenders have to make a decision and commit to it, consequences be damned. The offensive guys are too quick, shifty and downright fast to always be able to take the best angle, break down, wrap up, etc.

I used to get frustrated with the poor tackling, but I’ve come around when considering all these things. Still plenty of times guys just bounce off a guy because he’s trying to hit him instead of tackle him, but I have more patience these days… ha

Re: Week 14 Discussion Thread

ESPN leaned too hard into the Italian thing last night. That **** was so annoying. Reminded me of Jeremy Lin all over again and I remember how disgusting Networks were acting back then.
