Not able to watch game. Out of home and can't stream NBA TV out of home. But, seems to be like Sixers are flying around. It'll be nice to see some athletic lineups from the Sixers

Not even saying “oh **** he’s back” but moreso an observation because last year he looked so stiff(pause)which was understandable since he was dealing with back issues all year.

Everything else pretty much looks like it’ll be a long year.

Ben is looking good. Made some huge plays on both ends, actually moving well again.

That’s the big thing for me because last year he wasn’t moving well and was still thinking too much on the floor. You’d see it at times where he’d just…be there.

Now that he’s actually moving around(moreso nowc compared to last year)hopefully it leads to less thinking and more reacting on the court, including using his size to his advantage in certain matchups. There were still times where once he had Tobias matched on him, he’d kick the ball out instead of trying to bully his way to the basket. That’s the part I wanna see from him next because if he can get that part of his game back, then everything will fall into place.

I'm sorry, but that's never been apart of his game. He always drove with the intent on kicking it out. He won't bully even if he has a PG on him. He doesn't want to go to the foul line. I do think if had Giannis's mindset, he could be a better player. If Ben was willing to take Mid Range shots, bully his way to the basket, and shoot 75% from FT, I think he can easily be a 24-8-8-2-1 type of player.

Re: Training Camp/Preseason Games Thread

Come on Will, you know how easy it is for us to say that. That’s like me saying if Harden/Embiid had Giannis’ mindset, they wouldn’t have to play their way into game shape 3 months into the season and wouldn’t get gassed so quickly lol.

Honestly, I don’t even care if he doesn’t become a 20ppg scorer for us or even a 15. That’s not what he needs to be for this team anyway because it’s not like he’s the difference between championship team or play in team because more than likely, they’ll be the latter anyway and that’s ok. Either way, Ben using his size(pause)is probably like 3rd or 4th on my list of what I hope to see from him this season.
