A few years back went to Mammoth out here in Cali. Elevation 7K+!

I remember going up the stairs to the house we rented. Just bringing things in and straight up had to sit down. Told my lady "I gotta get back to working out. Im hella out of shape" cause I was legit breathing HARD. Heart racing and **** lol

Then we found a gym with a court because everyone in the family was talking ****. Man...just shooting around to warm up had me DONE! My little cousin was trying to get 3 on 3 going. I told him "Hell nah!" But eventually the little ones convinced the older ones to play

We damn near took a time out every 2 points.

I swear, it wasn't until we got back home that I realized why...and it was only because my uncle got in later than us and after coming up the stairs with some things looked over and said "Man...this elevation ain't no joke huh?!" Honestly didn't even cross my mind. I seriously thought it was because I was older and gone too long without putting in work at the gym/court.

So yeah. That elevation ain't no joke. Couldn't imagine going hard for 40 minutes. Ain't no way lol
