That makes up for the Rangers trading away Adrian Gonzalez and Chris Young for one year of Adam bEaton and Aki.

Well, if it's any consolation, Chris Young hasn't been the same since getting an Albert Pujols liner in the face and Adrian Gonzalez is hitting .250 on the season, not to mention trying to change the home run derby into the line drive derby to right field derby.

By the way, eventually the Padres will trade away Adrian Gonzalez. They won't get close to what the Rangers got for Mark Teixeira.

Salty has been a disappointment so far. Harrison has been terrible. Jones has been bad in the minors. Andrus and Feliz are very promising, but haven't really proven anything yet.

It might end up being a real bad trade for the Braves, but I wouldn't go that far yet.
