seriously, jail? wtf is wrong with people? It is one of the biggest jokes ive ever seen that they persued a pergury case for 2 and a half years for this guy. Talk about a witch hunt.

They are letting off people like Radomski and McNamee and going after baseball players? People are calling for baseball players to get jail time? What kind of backwards crap is that?

@ p_rushing

I have news for you....if Clemens and any other combo of the characters in the Mitchell report don't get indicted, the odds of Bonds even seeing ONE DAY ain't gonna happen. Sorry to burst YOUR bubble, but that's the reality if you've been paying attention.

Breaking news, evidence will be presented at trial he tested positive the same year he hit 73 after the season.

Goodbye, I hope you have fun in jail.

It's called "perjury" and many non famous people have been sentenced to prison for it. Lying to a grand jury is a big no no.

No question, Sure it's weird that someone could go to jail over what Bonds and Clemens did but all they had to do was tell the truth when they were being questioned and this would not be happening.

Last I checked there wasn't a test for THG (The Cream) or the The Clear back in 2000-2001. If he failed the test it would've had to have been for something else that he was stacking with The Cream and The Clear.

That would be bad, bad news for Bonds as it would likely be the nail in the coffin in his perjury case.

what makes you so sure that Clemens lied?

the only proven liar in that situation is McNamee

There's a thread for the Clemens talk here.

This thread is about Bonds. Let's keep it that way.
