Official Wishlist Thread...

Make the players bleed when the go through the class and when they get in fights

I'd like to seem them add a flip pass, manual dekeing ,a deep Franchise Mode (multiple seasons), no more spin moves and reprogram so that the friggin' defensemen don't pinch all the time.
Keep the gameplay and goalies exactly how they are! It's perfect!
But my final plee might not be so well received with some Hitz fans, but I would love it if you guys went totally sim.
You can still put some of the fireball, over-the-top things in there, but make them completely optional.
Also, work on some of the graphics. The player models don't look that great and every team has black gloves. I know that's knitpicking, but it annoys me.
Seriously, if they went total sim, I really do think HitzPro would be the best hockey game on the market.

These wishes are all in the hope that NLGames will be able(allowed) to take HitzPro to a more sim-like level... At least via sliders and setting, etc.


- Line Changes. This is a MUST!

- Better AI. There really is no distinction between a Defenseman and a Forward as they switch to play each others posittion too frequently.

- Better Franchise. While I like the ability to qualify for the NHL. I would like to be able to play longer than 1 season after doing so.

- XBOX Live support!! With the crap that is ESPN NHL Hockey, HitzPro is the only hockey game that I WANT to play. Online for XBOX Live would have been AMAZING this year.

- KEEP THE GOALIES LIKE THEY ARE! They are as close to perfect as I have ever seen in any hockey game. Maybe a couple new animations wouldnt hurt, but not really needed IMO.

- I LOVE the blur effect the gfx engine uses when things are in the distance. However, the player model themselves leave a lot to be desitred. I would just want better models but keep the blur cuz it looks VERY cool.

- Better AI trade AI. Its too easy to get a great team cuz the trading AI is not all that bright.

- The fighting in this game is pure crap. Needs to be completely scrapped and redone. Take some queues from EA, but make that even better.

Thats about it for now...

I definitely agree with Money99. If HitzPro is allowed(by Midway) to go all out sim(or made into one with sliders), it could easily become the best hockey game there is. A LOT of work would ned to be done on the franchise mode though.

how bout a 'classic mode' option for 3 on 3 while keeping the 5 on 5 action
some extras perhaps? (i.e. classic teams, unlockable rinks and legends)
some kind of career mode
saucer pass, get rid of the spin, hooking, tripping, 40 acres and a mule?

if it's possible, a uniform creator?

1) Uh.....why can't I play with the Hartford Whalers unis? Every other team has their "previous" unis, except the Hurricanes. That's lame.

2) Bigger rosters or allow for just a few more created players in season mode.

3) Other than that, I love this game. No complaints here.
