"Arcade" Hockey Games on PC
So, for those interested, this is a great time to be a PC gamer who is into arcade-style hockey games with power-ups and such. There are three games on Steam (all in Early Access, I believe) of this type:
Tape to Tape
ODR Hockey Heroes
Goons: Legends & Mayhem
I have only tried Tape to Tape and while I love the look and feel of the play, I am just not a fan of the over-the-top stuff and the power-ups. If you are a fan of those things, Tape to Tape seems great. Me, I'm still hoping someone makes a hockey game for the PC a bit more like sim (I'd be okay with arcade play style, like NHL 94, but with franchise play and no power-ups).
