I only recently realized you can twist off a beer bottle cap instead of using a bottle opener.

Make sure to check before fully committing! That works on most, but not all.

Tears up the hand, lol.

My first job was as a server in a pizza/Italian shop that had a sit-down section. I remember after a shift one night wondering where these very small cuts were on my palm.

I always test the first bottle by using my shirt as a buffer. If it spins, we’re all clear. If not, at least my hand doesn’t hurt.

I somehow managed to do something similar on a bottle of champagne a couple months ago that had a sharp plastic stopper top. Always been a little bugged out with contents under pressure, lol.

Angry Orchards...

When I was in college I worked at a Buffalo Wild Wings, and I was told what the OP said. All beer bottles are twist!

They indeed... are not! I had so much blood coming from my hands, it sucked

Even twist caps sometimes are almost impossible to twist off.

Ctrl + Backspace/Delete on a keyboard removes words one at a time.

I think I can find a way to take more advantage of this as an overall when necessary.
