Re: OS Shoes Thread

Adidas Samba for wearing around normally:

I've got a pair of generic Nike shoes for tennis (actually designed for tennis), as well as generic New Balance for running/other athletics.

I have a pair of brown Steve Maddens as a nicer shoe to wear going out, but I need to replace that soon (getting a little scuffed and old). I also have a pair of dress shoes for suits and whatnot, but I only wear those to weddings and funerals usually (Barney Stinson would be sad, I don't "suit up" often).

I'm an Adidas whore usually, and usually rotate between different indoor shoes they have. I like the look and comfort, plus I can use them for real indoor. I may be getting a pair of Adidas golf shoes soon, not sure.

Re: OS Shoes Thread

I wear black on black New Balances right now because they match my jacket and sweater. They were also relatively cheap, and frankly, all black on black shoes look exactly the same.

I'm probably going to pick up some "fresh kicks" in March or April so I can come correct in the summer time.

Re: OS Shoes Thread

Big fan of the old bo jackson and mcenroe cross trainers from the late 80s/early 90s. i basically have nothing but nikes. i do have a few brooks for running. I love cross trainers though.

just a sample

1987 originial AIR TRAINERs by NIKE. this photo is of a 2008 rerelease.

some 2004 new model zoom air trainers. modeled after the 1987 originials with new technology:

some white/grey/black/red 2000 rereleases of a 1987 originial.

-themed the Medicine Ball Air Trainer IIIs. These were also worn by spike lee in do the right thing.

some brooks trance runners that i run in. I dont trust nike yet with my running needs

for basketball its probably some of these older 2002 nike ultraflights:

I have almost every color in those.

one thing I dont do is jordans, although i have a pair of the jordan IIIs in white. thats as far as ill go with those.

i do love some nike retros of the older originial releases:
structures just came out:

i think thats enough for now. i can talk for days about this stuff
