I was thinking the same thing but with my daughter home from day care I won’t be able to give this game a chance just yet.

Just read the Kotaku primer and started a fresh save yesterday. I’m ready to give this game the chance it deserves after only playing for about 4 hours a few years ago.

Same here - most people are stating this is their #1 game of the decade...wow, such high accolades.


I played about 2 hours of it and it just didn't pull-me-in like other games did (Last of Us, Skyrim, RD2) - I don't know what it is, but it just didn't. Now, will all this social-distancing, I think it's about time I give it another shot. If not, it will just go back in the cabinet again...

Really enjoying this game on Switch. Took down the Griffin a little while ago. That felt good.

How far into the game is that? I just picked up the quest to kill the griffin but don’t know how far off it is until I get to fight one.

Hopefully it’s not too soon because I’m beyond awful at combat lol.

In terms of story, not very far. I did several side quests before engaging in combat with him, though.
