Fallout: New Vegas lined up for OXM #57

Quote:
The new issue of OXM goes on sale tomorrow, and you probably already know it's got a world exclusive Medal of Honor preview in it. But inside you'll see that the Next Month page reveals the following issue, which goes on sale 11th February, should have the world exclusive details on Fallout: New Vegas.

So while we might be having a joke about Vault Boy's New Careers, we're expecting to have the first solid information on the next Fallout adventure in just over a month.

We don't normally plug this sort of thing, because we're still working on the issue and the content is subject to change - sharp-eyed viewers will note the small print stating that at the bottom. But as some other sites have noticed we thought we'd put a proper image up and save them the trouble of scanning it.

So remember, February 11th, issue 56.

Re: Fallout: New Vegas

I just started playing Fallout 3 a couple weeks ago (have about 20 hours clocked) and I'm loving it - enjoying it more than Oblivion actually. It will be interesting to see the Vegas locale in that world.

Re: Fallout: New Vegas

Best Buy's website has it listed as 6/1/2010 so we may be getting it way earlier than the holiday season.

Re: Fallout: New Vegas

That's just a placeholder. Fall at the earliest. We haven't got any info or seen the game, and New Vegas isn't coming out before Obsidian's other game Alpha Protocol, which is coming late Spring.

Re: Fallout: New Vegas

Man, IDK what to think about this game. Fallout 3 was amazing for the first part I played but then it seem to get, idk. I got tired of seeing all the grey and etc. I know it was based after a nuclear disater but they could of atleast added a little green here and there.

But in Vegas there will probably be alot of new scenery other than grey buildings. Also im prepared to see some *** whole Brotherhood of Steel members. Remember the Outcasts in Fallout 3 werent actually outcasts, they just did what they were suppost to do and didnt care about other people. Thier home base is in California so I think the Brotherhood of Steel members you meet in Los Vegas (If you meet any) are going to resemble more of the Outcasts personality then the regulars you met in DC.

Should have gotten it for PC, there are mods that liven up the place.
