You can preview the tracks before "accepting setting" by pressing "X" on the 360 and I believe "[]" on the Ps3. Its on the screen as well.

One can only play one track per situation. You must save each individual song as separate playlists. If you make on large playlist the system only recognizes the first 60 seconds of the first track.
