So, I have also downloaded the latest 2023 2024 roster to see if I was doing something wrong, and I still do not know where to put the files. I am using windows, and the RPCS 3folder is in my downloads folder.

Well these guys have no say in whether or not Liberty is in the game. They just do the rosters for the teams available.

You'd have to take that to the guys that make the mod, and with a new game coming in 7 months, and having to make all the updates for this season, I doubt they'd even want to put in that effort.

And they can't just add teams, they'd have to replace a team already in the game. Which is why the mod doesn't have UMass, UConn, New Mexico State, or Florida International.

A new coming in 7 months isn't factually true, there's also nothing that says this new game is going to be worth purchasing. They replaced Uconn and Umass could easily add Liberty, NMSU, actual teams that matter.

They replaced the 5 teams with 5 other teams, they literally can't add teams at all. The game has 126 teams or whatever. The modding team can't change the code to make room for more teams. They replaced the 4 worst teams and now-FCS Idaho in the game with Appalachian State, Coastal Carolina, James Madison, Georgia Southern, and Charlotte.

And the game is factually, truly coming in 7 months, maybe 8. That's how far next summer is and barring something very unfortunate, EA is basically 100% locked in on that window.

Whether it's gonna be worth it for you to purchase or not, that's up to you. But it's the easiest and quickest way you'll get to play as Liberty.
