As far as rotations The devs replied on Reddit that it has been a harder fix then they had hoped but they assured that they were working on it and said a fix will be coming soon.

Didn't Synergy run out this year? Don't see those updates anymore. I think that handled all that before. Guessing they are having to gut all that code out.

Yeah. The have to fix rotations. They basically have the old school video game method as in they just swap position for position. That’s why you get weird rotations. Ex. They got Monroe swap out at centre and vanvleet swap out out point guard but “in the other game”. Ibaka will slide to centre, Monroe won’t play. Lowry will slide to the 2 and vanvleet will handle point (like in real life). I’m not sure Live has the kind of rotation knowledge built in to make that happen.

I've noticed that once u actually go through each team and set the rotations manually each teams they will work I am a play now offline kinda guy didn't try franchise mode yet but I haven't seen subs starting the second half of the game or players who doesn't belong on the court
