There have been people that have gotten their games removed from steam, and no it isn't just the 2 games you mentioned either and yes it came from CDKeys as well. They aren't a verified reseller for no reason, just be cautious with sites like that , is all I'm saying. Yes people have had no problems with their purchases, but others have . At least CDKeys does a good job returning your money to you from what I hear.

No one is lying, stop being defensive on the real possibility of getting your game and or account taken from you. Relax , your choice is yours but be cautious is all.
