No Halftime Show or video playback

Whats good everybody, for some reason whenever I try to see the game summary after every game or Signature Highlight from my Xbox 360, it wouldn't come up. Am I the only one that is having this problem?

Have you tried hitting X next to whatever players highlight ur looking for? I couldn't find it either and happen to hit X accidentally and there was the players highlight reel. Is that what ur talking about?
